I've made whole wheat pizza dough at home before ever reading this. It's no big deal. Of course whole grains are always healthier. Pizza made with plenty of fresh veggies, low fat meats, and skim mozzarella is very healthy. Like anything else, much depends on the quantity you eat. Pigging out on anything is unhealthy.
