Is govt. encouraging enterpreneurship?

Do you feel provincial govt. is encouraging entrepreneurship alot?

Are new entrants getting adequate support and resources or assistance they should otherwise get to start their projects?

Well.. this is the conservatives, who actually WANT to help and are FOR the richer more bussiness class type of people. Then again if Canada has more business = better econemy!
