Shitpoo gone mad

My dogs his name is Gizmo .HE is shitzu and toy poodle, and so hyper. He is 2 years old now but uncontrollable. He is very affectionate with female people and other female dogs only. He will bite me if I take anything from him and will go after any other male dog big or small. The vet said it is because of his size and I have spoiled him too much.

Well Tie ,
Today Gizmo went to do his business on my deck in the back of the house ,as I approached him to move him on the grass he growled at me and nipped my foot. Later tonight around 9 pm I went for my walk around Millbrook estates and he tried to go after my neighbors damn dog. I don`t want to get rid of him but I don`t know what to do. I have told my husband to discipline him but that is useless . My husband is afraid of his own shadow oh well thats an other story which is coming to a quick end .If My husband had half the balls of my dog ,Maybe I would have a happier marriage.
Buttercup needs a dog trainer.
